François Giasson as Director of Operations
We are pleased to introduce François Giasson as Director of Operations. François will be responsible for the everyday operational management of Luminis and he will work towards achieving our strategic objectives. Luminis is growing and François will work closely with the heads of each departments under his responsibility such as production, D&D and the inside sales team to optimize our processes and improve our efficiency and effectiveness in order to better serve our customers.
François has a long experience in operational management, continuous improvement and health and safety at work. François holds a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and is well experienced with manufacturing plants in both SMEs and large companies.
