In addition to a durable polyester powder coating finish which includes a 5-stage preparation process, Luminis is a pioneer in the use of 356 cast aluminum alloys with a copper free content. This little known technical fact ensures low reactivity to harsh climates and provides a durable finish to the product surface.

Luminis has more than 15 years of in-house powder coating expertise. With a choice of 11 standard colors, access to the complete RAL palette and the possibility to custom match virtually any color.

Maintenance

The luminaire’s ballast housing is built with a hinge mechanism allowing tool-less access to the electrical components. The ballast assembly is mounted on a removable tray with quick disconnect terminals. Access to the lamp is achieved through a twist-lock device. This design offers an optical chamber free of fingerprints and foreign particles increasing light performance and longevity.

Optical and Electrical Efficiency

The Eclipse series is designed with careful attention to optical design. Multi-faceted reflectors are made with high quality reflective material precisely laser cut for accurate performance. The Eclipse series also features engineered borosilicate refractors available in various IESNA type distributions.

Designed for visual comfort, the Eclipse series features many styles of shields, louvers and shades to keep brightness to a minimum.

Electrical components are high efficiency electronics or high power factor core & coil ballasts.

Warranty

Eclipse is covered by a 5-year warranty on product, workmanship and finish and a 2-year warranty on electrical components.
